Family Coaching – With Family Coaching Course, CoacHTrapY will use strategies that process your family structure and address goals that will ultimately improve your family dynamic in a coaching setting involving nuclear and extended families, parenting, siblings, family businesses and co-housing arrangements. CoacHTrapY Family Coaching Course will focus on helping families and individuals identify their various values, wants, needs and goals and help the members come up with strategies to reach these goals as well as keep them accountable. CoacHTrapY will help the family work on leveraging the strengths of individuals and groups as well as call attention to areas where they have room for improvement to meet all set goals. CoacHTrapY Family Coaching Course will use strategies to address the following issues in place before initiating Family Coaching that involve Family group dynamics, Family Unique Structures, Single Parent family challenges, Step/Blended Family challenges, Extended Family challenges, One Child Family challenges, Adopted Family challenges, Same sex parent challenges New Parent challenges, Communication challenges, Teen pregnancy, School dropout prevention, Anger or stress management, Parenting issues for different stages, such as separation anxiety, depression or discipline. CoacHTrapY Family Coaching Course will use strategies that address the proceeding issues with results from Family Coaching that involve Empowerment of all members within the family, improved communication, Stronger relationships, increased respect, increased confidence, increased balance, improved ability to make decisions, improved time management, improved peace, improved day-to-day living, and Conflict resolution.
